A refund is applicable within 24 hours of your first lesson, you have the right to cancel your package and receive your money back by writing a request with written notice via email only.
Please note that lessons purchased cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. If you haven’t used all the lessons within the specific months of your package after purchasing, those unused lessons are lost to you and will not be refunded.

I highly recommend learning Thai online with a desktop computer, laptop or tablet with at least a 2 MB download and 1 MB upload speed. If you have headphones that would be ideal.
The online lesson will take place via ZOOM, you can sign up for free. Please make sure to install the services and create an account before taking a lesson.
The session link will be sent to your registered email 24 hours before the class starts.
In the case that there is a technical issue, such as a bad internet connection or a cut in electricity, or any IT-related issues, please contact teacher Vella directly to reschedule the class.
If the teacher’s internet connection goes down, or there are any emergencies that require the class to be canceled, you will be offered to retake the lesson with no extra charge.
